Mr. Ahmad Tijani is the Chief Executive Officer at Nathealth a pioneering third party administration company in the Middle East that utilizes a state of the art advanced e-claim system. Under Mr. Tijani direction the company has witnessed substantial growth from 2005 onwards and it currently manages around 60000 subscribers representing different sectors of the industry.

Mr. Tijani graduated in 1985 from the University of Oklahoma, he majored in operational management. In addition to his current post Mr. Tijani is a board member in several industrial and information service related companies. He has worked locally and regionally as general manager for some of the leading multi-national & global companies in the region.

Mr. Ayman Abu Nour is the Network Manager at NatHealth; his role involves coordinating & communicating with over 2200 healthcare providers that belong to the medical network of NatHealth.
Mr. Abu Nour has been working with NatHealth for the last ten years. His experience evolved from working in different departments at NatHealth, he holds a bachelor degree in Biochemistry. And also has worked as a laboratory technician in some of the leading labs in Jordan.

Mr. Iyad Attari is the Finance & Administration Manager at NatHealth. Mr. Attari has been working with NatHealth for the last eleven years. Mr. Attari has contributed to the enhancement of the financial model of the Eclaim system which is the core of the financial relationship between NatHealth, the healthcare providers and the clients.

Mr. Attari holds a master degree in
Finance and a bachelor of Accounting. Mr. Attari is certified as CFM & CPFA.

Dr. Lisa Qussous is the Quality Management Representative & the Quality Assurance Manager at NatHealth. Dr. Qussous has seven years of working experience at NatHealth.

As Project Manager, Dr. Qussous has been involved in leading NatHealth towards achieving the Seal-Of-Excellence of King Abdullah II Award. This in addition to several enhancement projects involving the core data in relation to Medicines & Factoids on our Eclaim system. Also, Flowcharting the processes at NatHealth using the iGrafx software.

Dr. Qussous holds a bachelor degree in Pharmacy and The Leadership Enhancement & Mentoring Program (LEMPII) certificate.

Miss Reem Alam is the Claim Operation Manager at NatHealth. Miss Alam overlooks more than twenty professional operators ranging from laboratory technicians to pharmacists. Miss Alam has been with the Company for more than thirteen years during which she moved up the ranks at NatHealth to lead one of the most efficient and productive TPA operation in Jordan.

In addition to her diploma in Pharmacy, she also holds a certificate in:

1. BIBF Insurance Diploma 2. FLMI Diploma (LOMA)

Mr. Riyad Odeh is the Information Technology Manager at NatHealth. Mr. Odeh has been working with the Company for the last eight years. He has been involved of re-engineering the network infrastructure and IT communication systems at NatHealth. Mr. Odeh holds a bachelor degree in Computerized Information System, in addition to the following certificates:

1. ITIL 2. Oracle Certified Associate Oracle 10g Administrator. 3. Oracle Certified Professional Oracle 10g Administrator 4. Oracle Application Server 10g Administrator Certified Associate.

Ms. Nisreen Akroush: is the Account Management Manager at NatHealth, she has been working with NatHealth for the last eleven years. Her contribution to the business processes has been an asset to the company; this extends from her experience in working only in NatHealth since she is graduated from the university with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Her job involves handling all the requests of NatHealth clients in regards to the beneficiaries and policy experiences.

Mr. Qusai Rabadi: is the Business Development Manager, he has been working with NatHealth for the last nine years in the marketing field; his work involved developing & retaining our customer portfolio. Mr. Rabadi holds a bachelor degree in Marketing & Economics; he is well-known in the medical insurance field; since he has worked with leading insurance companies in Jordan.
