The government stipulates as per law no. (20) For the year 2001 on collecting income stamps as per the following conditions:

• No income stamps will be collected on total claims and invoices that has a value < 50JOD.
• The fee payable is 0.006 multiplied by the total claims > 50JOD per month over & above, 500 fils will be added on the total claims value.
